Shipping Policy

  • All orders are normally processed within 1 business day. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-4 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Return Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. After 14 days from the delivery date, you must contact HangItSimple.com Customer Service to determine the best course of action. HangItSimple.com will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are covered under HangItSimple.com’s one-year limited warranty policy will be replaced at HangItSimple.com’s cost. See “Returning Products Under Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns.
  • A copy of the HangItSimple.com credit card purchase receipt and a copy of the original HangItSimple.com invoice may be requested prior to HangItSimple.com Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.
  • The unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature, and other components. HangItSimple.com reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature, or other original components are missing.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email or call 1.850.206.2449, and provide the following information: Name, Address, Phone, Reason for Refund, Date of Purchase, Order Number.
  • Upon written receipt of the RA number, send the product to HangItSimple.com, address info will be provided once the RA number is provided please include ‘Attention: Non-Warranty Returns Department RA #[RA number]’ on the outside of the package.
