Hang It Simple Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Hang It Simple system. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
- You may return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- To be eligible, items must be in original packaging, unused, and include all parts and accessories.
Condition of Returned Items
- Products that show signs of installation, wear, or damage caused by improper use cannot be refunded.
- If packaging is missing or damaged, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Exchanges
- Need a different kit or accessory? We’re happy to exchange unused items within the 30-day window.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@hangitsimple.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
